Blinn College Higher Education Emergency Relief Funds (HEERF)

To support students negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, the U.S. government established higher education emergency relief funds through three pieces of legislation: the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act; the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA) Act; and the American Rescue Plan. In accordance with the guidelines set forth in each of these bills, Blinn has established protocols to distribute funds to qualifying students.
